TARGETED.  Congressman Matheson is very much undecided about the bill.  A look at his website and a call to his office let us know he is still looking into it and has not decided one way or another.  He is the first individual targeted to get one of these constituency books.

CURRENTLY NOT TARGETED.  While we're not sure, it seems as if he is against the bill and will vote against it.  However, his website is unclear on this issue.  Please let us know if you have any information which indicates he is going to vote yes for the bill.
